First and foremost, The Springs project will protect the environmentally sensitive Warm Mineral Springs and its surrounding native landscape.

This protection will include development of a 300-foot restricted buffer zone around the mineral lake, retention of all trees throughout the property whenever possible, and preservation of the thick five-acre native forest.

More than one-third of the project’s total acreage will remain green and common areas will have landscaped and lighted walking trails, rest benches and sculpture gardens.

Flowers will line the roadways and the perimeter of the resort. The Springs will honor its commitment to the environment by innovative programs to recycle and irrigate green areas, and with energy efficient construction of all residential and commercial buildings.
